Yamba has beautiful beaches to visit and the Yamba surf club .
Main Beach is where you will find the Surf Life Saving Club, a salt water rock pool, cafe, toilets, showers and picnic tables.
Go snorkeling ,play a game of cricket or touch foot with friends on the beach, nippers is enjoyed every Sundays on the beach from September until April.
Great protection from southerly and northerly winds. Holidaying families and the local surfers take advantage of the swell at Main Beach.
Yamba Surf Life Saving Club members patrol main Beach every weekend from September school holidays through to Anzac Day.

Whiting Beach has toilets, shower, picnic tables, great place to take kids fishing with protected from southerly winds.
Turners Beach has little rock pools, toilets, showers, picnic tables, rock fishing, break wall fishing,surf at northern and southern end of beach also protected from southerly winds.
Angourie back Beach great surfing in the northern corner, fresh water green and blue pools. Angourie is only a 5 minute drive south of Yamba.
Maclean is very proud of its heritage and has been proclaimed The Scottish Town in Australia
For golfing enthusiasts there is an 18-hole course located in beautiful surroundings on Woodford Island.
Maclean is the southern gateway of the sugar industry and Harwood Island Sugar Mill, the oldest continuous working mill in Australia, has been crushing cane since 1874.
